  Pompei Gourmet Liquor Baskets reserves the right to substitute basket items with items of equal or higher value. This- rare- situation happens when our company runs out of stock on one particular item and one of our supplier’s is also out of stock on said item. Our company will change an item (of equal or higher value) in these instances to assure prompt customer delivery. In any case, you can always be assured that the quality of our items never changes.
